I come a bit late to writing about my electric vehicle experiences under the pseudonym of 'The Electric Driver', because I've actually owned my all-electric Nissan LEAF for over 6 months now, and currently have 6500 gasoline-free miles under my belt.
So why am I only just starting here? Well, I'm not really into the blogging experience, per-se, if I had to be completely honest, and my last two attempts at a LEAF blog have skidded off the track horribly, making a huge firey mess in the process (if you'll pardon the puns).
Don't get me wrong....I love to write (and talk) about my car. But I tend to be more comfortable in a forum-type venue, where it's not just my thoughts driving the discussion. In fact, you're more likely to find me participating on mynissanleaf.com than any place else.
But I've decided that it's time for me to make a proper go at blogging, especially since my interest in transportation electrification appears to be growing beyond simply owning an electric vehicle. So please bear with me for the next few blog entries, as I bring you up to speed on what's happened in the last 15 months. Then maybe we can take the rest of the journey together?
